A big budget, special effects laden, multi-strand story that might be described in the typical Hollywood parlance as a cross between Short Cuts and The Twilight Zone, Down To Earth (not related to the Chris Rock starrer) follows FBI agents Tully and Muldrake (sound familiar?) around a set of weird and not so wonderful cases involving inter-dimensional cross-rips as the end of the world, or something even worse, beckons!
